HUMIDIFICATION PLANT AUTOMATION Control logics is the brain of the entire DDC Systems.  Control logics are programmed with SET software and are loaded in the Web Enabled Controller. The controller for Spinning Department has been programmed for the following sequence. 1.      The system is powered ON. 2.      The System Checks for Auto/Manual Switch. If the switch is in Auto the controller executes further program. 3.     The system checks for time program. By Programming the start and stop time in advance the system start /stop the Humidification plant . The time schedules can be programmed to take into the seasonal conditions, maintenance schedules etc. 4.     The System then checks for alarms present in the system like high/low humidity, temperature   alarms etc. The alarm are recorded in alarm log and necessary action are taken to meet the requirement .
